A new format for reporting recent storm damage is available for residents of Clark County. Access the online "Clark County Disaster Damage Estimate Form" here. Remember the deadline for submitting damage information is Wednesday, January 21st at 6:00 p.m.
As you see on the right side of this page, this blog features current information and forms for:
1. Individual Assistance,
2. Public Assistance,
3. Agricultural Assistance and
4. Business Assistance/Economic Injury Worksheet for business losses. Business owners are encouraged to call (360) 992-9229 between 7 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Friday as additional questions are required.
You still have the option to call (360) 992-9229 between 7 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Friday through Wednesday, January 21st or send an e-mail to cresaemergencymanagement@clark.wa.gov to report damage.
